INSTRUCTOR
Phoebe Nie
As a certified educational counselor, Phoebe has helped many students win admissions to their dream colleges. She is dedicated to empowering students to develop their inner drive, unlock their full potential, and cultivate innovative capabilities that elevate them beyond college admissions.
Prior to founding Thetaworks Academy and becoming a full-time educational counselor, Phoebe was a market researcher, and later founded a branding consultancy helping small businesses craft authentic branding strategies. As she observed how genuine interests can lead individuals to success in many dimensions, her deep experience in branding and narrative building naturally evolved into a passion for human development. 95% of her students have been admitted to top 50 universities.
Phoebe is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Master’s Degree in Communication Management, and holds certificates in college counseling and essay coaching. She is an active member of IECA, NACAC, WACAC. Beyond her professional practice, Phoebe remains deeply committed to serving as a long-time volunteer for local school districts, schools, and under-resourced families.
