Internship: Summer 2025

Program Introduction
The MathGPT Innovators 2.0 Internship represents Phase 2 of the MathGPT initiative, led by Dr. Kevin Lan. This phase focuses on developing advanced, AI-driven educational software to support students in self-directed learning, self-assessments, and exam preparations. Additionally, the platform will assist educators in lesson planning, grading, and tracking student growth.
Participants from various areas of expertise are encouraged to join this unique opportunity. You will choose a role to play in one of the many aspects of production including software development, marketing, target user research, business strategies, and more. They will also acquire valuable practical experience by contributing to the launch of a transformative project with the potential to significantly impact the educational landscape.

Program Admissions
Program Schedule
This internship program provides an 8-week immersive experience, from Monday, June 16, 2025 to Friday, August 8, 2025.
Who should apply?
Currently enrolled high school and college students who are interested in one or many areas of focus, such as computer science, graphic design, business, literature, or entrepreneurship.

UCSB: Al and education.
UCLA: Al-powered cybersecurity and information technology
Oak Crest Academy (OCA): Headquarters: Project management, and MathGPT frontend and user interface development.
Caltech: MathGPT backend and database management.
Access Fee and Scholarships
High School Intern: $3,000*
College Intern: $1,000*
*A 5% discount is available if your payment is processed before the Early Bird deadline, April 30, 2025.
Merit-based and need-based scholarships will be offered contingent upon the success of our fundraising efforts.
Scholarships to be announced on April 1, May 1,
and June 1, 2025.
